TERMS & CONDITIONS

DELIVERY

On purchase of HK$3,000 or above, the customer is entitled to free delivery service for one location within Hong Kong Island, Kowloon area and New Territories. Otherwise, delivery charges will be imposed as follows:

(a) HK$100 per location for Hong Kong Island and Kowloon area;

(b) HK$150 per location for New Territories (no delivery service for outlying Islands and customers have to pick up the goods from our warehouse or shop(s)). 

Although all goods will be delivered to the best of our ability, we are not liable for any unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect or insufficient information provided by the customer(s). Furthermore, we accept no responsibility for any claims from customer(s) regarding quantity or quality of the goods that are not collected by customer(s) after the agreed pickup/scheduled time.

PRICES & VINTAGES

All prices and vintages on our price list(s) are subject to availability and changes without any prior notice to customer(s).

ACCEPTANCE & RETURN

You must carefully inspect all goods after collection/delivery immediately. If there is any shortage or a bottle is considered to be faulty, please notify us immediately and the goods should be returned at once for our examination with a copy of our original invoice or delivery note. You will be deemed to have accepted the goods satisfactorily after 7 days from the date of purchase, and thereafter you will not be entitled to reject the goods for any reason (no returns will be accepted for vintages 10 years and older).

PAYMENT TERMS

Goods are offered on cash terms but can be paid by credit card. Cheques should be made payable to “Global Vintage Wines Centre Ltd.” or “Global Vintage Wines Trading Ltd.” and crossed. No delivery is made until payment by credit card or paypal is honoured; or the cheque(s) is/are cleared and no post-dated cheques are acceptable.

The title to the goods shall not pass to the customer until the full purchase price is paid. However, even though title has not passed, we are entitled to sue for the price once payment is due.

AGREEMENT & GOVERNING LAW

Once a customer has placed an order with us, he/she/it is deemed to have accepted these Trading Terms which are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. In case of dispute, the customer should submit to the jurisdictions of Hong Kong Courts.
